Client Description:
The client is an education services provider with 4 learning centers and 4 online courses operating in HCM city with hundreds of students. They offer various products from Math & English tutoring, SAT & IELTS mentoring, and study abroad consultancy. Their long-term goal is to strengthen their business model with an Online learning platform to enhance their customer experience.
Data issues:
– Data is inconsistent among CRM, Center Operation Management System, and Accounting system.
– Some data is fragmented and saved in employee excel folders.
– Can not track Return On Investment of Digital Marketing (Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime value, Cost per lead, Retention)
System issues:
– Need to develop School Management System (SMS) including various modules CMS, LMS, single sign-on interface, social media integration for CS…etc
