Situation: Our client, a leading company in the Vietnamese market, faced several challenges in maintaining its position as a market leader. The company needed to change its entire organizational structure, optimize its business processes, and identify key issues that were preventing it from achieving its goals. Additionally, the client had no clear KPIs set up and no real-time data to support decision-making.

The team benchmarked customer information with best practices (APQC data) to identify key problems.
